| To get a tournament posted on this
schedule, you need to follow the following procedure: |

You must be member of USA Volleyball/Badger
Region |
2) |
Complete an "Application for Tournament
Sanction" (available on the Forms page) |
3) |
Forward this application to the Region
Tournament Director along with the applicable fee. Send to:

Terry will return your application with a
sanction number and will post your tournament on our schedule. If you need a
membership form, Application for Tournament Sanction Form, or a Tournament Director's
Handbook, contact Terry Paulson at badgerregiontd@wi.rr.com

tournament.
If an "X" appears in the box, it means dependent on entries. If an
"F" appears in the box, it means
that the tournament is full for that age group.
